Largest sports academy library in the Nordic countries

The Norwegian Sports Academy in Oslo is a scientific state university with national responsibility for education and research in sports science. The academic library is the largest sports academy library in the Nordic countries with more than 33.000 books and several thousand journals.

In addition to sports, the library’s collections cover several subject areas, just as there is an extensive special collection of anniversary publications in Norwegian sports.

Back in 2019, BS Eurobib in Norway had the pleasure of delivering 60/30 steel shelving systems, and in 2021 the library was supplemented with more shelving systems of the same type. Furthermore, the library consists of Ordrup Magazine Display cabinets in the same grey colour as the steel shelvings.
