Embracing library innovation since 1984

For four decades, BC Intérieur Sarl has been at the forefront of transforming library spaces across France and beyond. In October 2024, we celebrate BC Intérieur Sarl’s 40^th year anniversary and innovative library design.

Originally founded as "BC Bureau d’Etudes pour Bibliothèques," the mission was to revolutionize library interiors and be a “total solution provider”. The journey has been marked by significant milestones, including the establishment of an in-house drawing office in 1989 and the recruitment of the first interior architect. Collaborations with architects and municipalities have yielded iconic projects such as Médiathèque d’Arles in 1989, Malraux in Strasbourg in 2007, PierreVives Montpellier in 2012 and Alexis de Tocqueville in Caen-la-Mer in 2017.

At the core of our philosophy lies a commitment to sustainability and quality. Our products are renowned for their durability, functionality, and timeless design. Our children's furniture featuring playful animal motifs has set new standards in library furnishings, inspiring countless imitations across the industry.
