Our 60/30 Shelving receives award in USA

Our 60/30 Round Steel Shelving was nominated and voted for as the BEST product for Library shelving by ALA

The American Library Association (ALA) committee started 2 years ago nominating the best products in a variety of categories, one of which was “the BEST product for library shelving”. The members then voted for the winning products.

This year, the winning products will be put on display on the annual ALA conference in San Francisco on Saturday 27^th June, where a panel will discuss how the products were chosen. There will also be time for the panel members to test the products. Our 60/30 Round Steel Shelving will of course be presented and assembled, ready for them to test.

This is the second time ALA have held a “BEST of furniture and equipment” event. The last time was in Chicago, where over 300 librarians attended the program, most of which were either building or renovating their facilities.
