Twickenham library

A welcoming space for all 

Thedesignconcept installed Twickenham Library, via the ESPO Framework Agreement, in Summer 2020. Situated in a Grade 2 listed building, Thedesignconcept designed an interior which complemented the library’s surroundings. Using our Ratio shelving system with timber shelves, bright colours and bespoke graphics throughout the library, we met the clients requirements for a bright, welcoming and safe space for all.

The library provides a number of services to local people and is well used by the community.  With this in mind, Thedesignconcept created a design with clear access routes and was flexible to allow staff to re-arrange the layout easily for events, reading groups or classes.
